GTA V Style in GTA IV - Character Switch (Updated Version)

This is a new version of the mod that adds the ability to switch between characters like in Grand Theft Auto V.
The new version includes the following changes:
-Bug fixes
-Added character selection HUD like in GTA 5
-Improved character switching
Controls:
-Numpad 1-3 - Switch between Niko, Luis, Johnny. You can change them in the .ini file
This mod was tested on GTA IV v1.0.7.0 and the first patch of EFLC TBoGT.
Installation:
-Simply move the file from the archive to the Script folder.
