Don't rush to write what happened. I posted this version because it was noticed that when installing scripts in EFLC there was no script folder, without which it is impossible to install .dll and .cs scripts. So, the EFLC installer has been updated and now everything installs normally. Thanks for understanding!

- Run GTA IV.exe during installation, select the folder with GTA 4.

Не спешите писать, что было. Я выложил эту версию, так как было замечено, что при установке скриптов в EFLC не было папки script, без которой невозможно установить .dll и .cs скрипты. Так вот, инсталлятор EFLC обновлён и теперь всё нормально устанавливается. Спасибо за понимание!
