This is a continuation of the "Graphic Enhancement V10" mod with a new name, tested only on patch 1.0.7.0. Liberty Enhancer 1.0 is a timecycle mod that will improve the overall graphics.
Differences from version V9:
- New crowns;
- Improved reflections;
- Improved water reflection (adjusted for water color);
- Minor changes to visual effects;
- Removed shine in "Rain" weather;
- Sun with size adjustment;
- Altitude adjustment azimuth.

- Небольшие изменения визуальных эффектов;
- Удалён блеск при погоде "Дождь";
- Солнце с корректировкой размера;
- Азимут корректировки высоты.
