shadow mapper

Map editor for GTA IV.
The archive contains versions for x64 and x86 bit systems. In addition, the archive contains a package .bat files.

Requirements

- Installed Java.
- Installed Java Cryptography Extension (JCE) Unlimited Strength Jurisdiction Policy Files 6.
- 1.0, 1.0.1, 1.0.2, 1.0.3, 1.0.4, 1.0.0.4 Versions of GTAIV.exe

Using

- Download Java Cryptography Extension (JCE) Unlimited Strength Jurisdiction Policy Files 6

- Copy local_policy.jar and US_export_policy.jar to "Program FilesJavajre6libsecurity" directory (default)

- Go to the directory with GTA IV and uncheck "Read only" in the properties of the folder.

- Now you can run Shadow-Mapper.exe

- The setup screen appears.

- Click on "Add Install".

- Now find your GTA IV directory and select GTAIV.exe

- Give her a name.

- Select it and press "Select"

- Now you can work with the map!

Known Issues

- Models from ZModeler are not shown.
- Water selection sometimes doesn't work properly.

- No collision.
- Resizing the window doesn't work, so don't even try.
- Some DXT5 display issues.
- Problems with the alpha channel.
- Rotation is disabled.
