VisualIV - a graphical mod for Grand Theft Auto IV and Episodes From Liberty City, designed for mid-range and low-end PCs. It adds a splash of color to the dreary Liberty City.

Changes in the new version:

-Drizzle weather created from scratch

-The sky near the horizon is darker

-Blood is darker now

-Other fixes

Personally, I think the issue where blood passed through Ped textures has been resolved!

Список изменений в новой версии:

-Погода Drizzle сделана с нуля

-Вблизи горизонта небо темнее

-Кровь стала темнее

-Прочие исправления

Лично от меня , мне кажется там исправлена проблема когда кровь проходила сквозь текстуры Педов!
