MP7 with Military Dot Sight
In my opinion, the MP7 is one of the coolest weapons, and it will look great in GTA 4.

It replaces: Micro Uzi
Installation:
• Make copies of the files being replaced
• Choose the desired model
• Open with SparkIV or Open IV and replace w_uzi.wdr and w_uzi.wtd in C: ... Grand Theft Auto IV/pc/models/cdimages/weapons.img
• Save and rebuild the archive.
