Installation:
Using SparkIV or OpenIV, replace the files "comet.wft" and "comet.wtd" in the "vehicles.img" file (located in "Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVpcmodelscdimages") with the corresponding files from the archive. Then, using EditIV or manually, replace the lines in the "carcols.dat", "handling.dat", and "vehicles.ide" files (found in "Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVcommondata") with those specified in "readme.txt". You can also use automatic installation programs like QuickIV or Vehicle Mod Installer.
