This is a new timecyc for GTA 4, this time it turned out to be more or less optimized:
-I lowered the visibility range (quite buggy due to its large value)
-added more reflections
-Beautiful and rich ambient atmosphere
Installation: throw files from the mod folder into the game folder!

Это новый timecyc для GTA 4 на это раз она получился более менее оптимизированным:
-я убавил дальность видимости (довольно подглючивало из-за её большого значения)
-добавил побольше отражений
-Красивая и насыщенная окружающая атмосфера
Установка: кинуть файлы из папки мод в папку с игрой!
