Here is the long-awaited graphical mod for gta 4 by SmailImport and Boris Vorontsov.
Changes have been made to the mod:
1. Scary tree textures have been removed.
2.Contrast decreased.
3.Also mod goes to weak Pc
4.Night is now not the one who is dark as in the old versions.

В моде были внесены изменения:
1.Были убраны страшные текстуры деревьев.
2.Контрастность уменьшилось.
3.Также мод идет и на слабые Pc
4.Ночью теперь не та кто темно как в старых версиях.
