Installation:

Then, using EditIV or manually, replace the lines in the files "handling.dat" and "vehicles.ide" (they are in "Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVcommondata") with those that are written in "readme.txt". You can also use the automatic QuickIV transport installer.
