Installation:
Using the SparkIV or OpenIV program, replace the "vehicles.img" file (located in "Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVpcmodelscdimages"), the "sultanrs.wft" and "sultanrs.wtd" files with the ones from the archive. Then, using EditIV or manually, replace the lines in the files "handling.dat" and "vehicles.ide" (they are in "Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVcommondata") with those that are written in "readme.txt". You can also use the automatic QuickIV transport installer.
