Another small mod that has undergone significant work on popcycle.dat.
Features:
- Very few people on the streets early in the morning and late at night.
- The streets are busiest at noon, during the day, and in the evening.
- The least amount of traffic occurs in the morning and at night.
- Most parked cars are seen early in the mornings and at night.
- More police presence at noon, during the day, and in the evening.
- Different traffic algorithms for weekdays and weekends.
- Star Junction is, like in reality, filled with traffic even at night.
- And much more.

Особенности:
- Ранним утром и в конце ночи на улицах почти нет людей.
- Больше всего автомобилей на улицах в полдень, днем и вечером.
- Меньше всего утром, ночью.
- Больше всего припаркованных автомобилей по ранним утрам и ночам.
- В полдень, днем и вечером копов больше.
- Различный алгоритм трафика в будние и выходные дни.
- Star Junction, как и в реальности, наполнен трафиком даже ночью.
