Cautious drivers - the realities of the modern world are such that before leaving for the city, the driver needs, in addition to a fastened seat belt, to also lock all the doors. You know, anything can happen. In Liberty City, up to this point, careless drivers drove. This mod changes the situation.
Now, a certain percentage of drivers (set in the .ini file) drive with their doors locked. To open their cars, you must either threaten with a weapon, or break the glass and open the door from the inside. But you need to do it quickly, because the peds do not want to lose their property and they add speed if you start to brazenly break into their car.

Осторожные водители - реалии современного мира таковы, что, прежде чем выехать в город, водителю нужно, помимо пристегнутого ремня, еще и заблокировать все двери. Сами знаете, всякое бывает. В Либерти-Сити же до этого момента ездили беспечные водители. Этот мод изменяет ситуацию.
Теперь, определенный процент водителей (устанавливается в .ini файле), ездит с заблокированными дверями. Чтобы открыть их автомобили, нужно либо угрожать оружием, либо разбивать стекло и открывать дверь изнутри. Но нужно делать это быстро, потому что педам не хочется терять свое имущество и они прибавляют скорость, если вы начинаете нагло ломиться в их машину.
