Since GTA 5, the author has been thinking that the original "Vapid Stanier" (in GTA IV - the main policeman/taxi) is a car from the 1990s, confirmed in the lore, but still used as the main service sedan of the Liberty. City even in 2008. This mod aims to bring the IV a more modern successor model from GTA 5, known in the community as the "2nd Gen Stanier", with some improvements and ideas from the iconic Crown Vic P71, while staying true to the original Rockstars story and design.
