Installation via OpenIV: replace all files with similar ones in componentpeds.img

Path: open GTAIV/pc/data/models/cdimages/componentpeds.img in editing mode

P.S. Yes, this is a regular model retexture, I did it purely for myself, suddenly someone else will need it!
