Например, чтобы постоянно не лазить в директорию игры и не править Handling.dat, Vehicles.ide и т.п. теперь можно будет открыть эту программку и ввести в соответствующие строчки, соответствующие новые данные конфигурации машины. Для начала выбираем директорию игры - Patch - Browse, либо нажимаем на Auto Detect чтобы программа сама нашла игру.
