The modification includes not only the original version of the car based on the Pajero Evo, but also 2 stock versions for moving around Liberty City.
Rally versions:
- The suspension has been completely redesigned and now has a fully independent design.
- New wheels and tires were made based on the wheels from Ensenada and Annis ZR-350.
- Two versions of the car can spawn: the stock version, based on homologation, and the rally version with racing parts. Both versions have extras.
- The same liveries are supported as in the GTA 5 version, so all liveries created for it will also work in GTA 4.
Stock versions:
- For those who would like to get the civilian version of the MonstroCiti.
- These versions have edited body panels, repeating the later Mitsubishi Pajero of the second generation.
- Both versions are equipped with extras such as a roof rack, mud flaps and several beam options.
- Wheels are offered in three versions: wheels based on the Toyota 4Runner of the third generation, wheels based on the Pajero from the WibFlip modder, as well as edited ZR350 wheels, like the rally version.
- All versions have new improved icons from SilentSoul21, which also have the ability to write "Monstrosity" for GTA 3 fans.
All car versions also have the correct LODs.

Раллийные версии:
- Подвеска была полностью переработана и теперь имеет полностью независимую конструкцию.
- Новые колеса и шины были сделаны на основе колес от Ensenada и Annis ZR-350.
