new loading screen (+ DLC) for GTA 4

The loading screen in gta 4 and dlc is pretty boring and monotonous, but I found a bunch of cool art on the Internet, which, unfortunately, is not used in the game, but I tried to do something interesting and I hope you like it.

I collected, in my opinion, the best artworks, after which I made loading screens out of them. And for the appropriate beauty, I have improved almost all the pictures through artificial intelligence to make it look beautiful and high-quality.

P.S. Unfortunately, TBoGT art is boring and I just reduced them and replaced a couple of characters with others.
