RSC Manager — program for working with resource files (RSC) of the PC version of GTA 4. It is convenient because it allows you to quickly work with the main characteristics of the header, compression and data segments.

RSC Manager — программа для работы с ресурсными файлами (RSC) PC-версии GTA 4. Удобна тем что позволяет быстро работать с основными характеристиками заголовка, компрессией и сегментами данных.
Основные возможности:
- Экспорт и импорт sys/gfx сегментов данных.
- Изменение флагов и версии ресурса.
- Возможность использовать ресурс не только в сжатом виде (оригинальные RSC сжаты), но и в распакованном.
При сохранении важно учитывать следующее:
- Пункт "Save With Original Flags" — параметр флагов останется оригинальным
- Пункт "Save With New Flags" — вы можете сами ввести параметр флагов из соответствующего поля (пункт "Edit special data" должен быть включен).
- Пункт "Save With Calculated Flags" — параметр флагов будет взят из расчета sys и gfx частей. Не рекомендуется использовать по причине того что работать такое вычисление может некорректно.
