So what is she like?
She brings the resources of GTA Vice City to the GTA 4 engine and the author says that in the future there will be missions from my most beloved part of gta!
In general, the mod is now actively developing!

Installed on your GTA 4, ScriptHook.NET
Installation:
Put the "commondata" folder in the following path: "commondata" and so with all similar folders !
Then open "StartUP script ReadMe" and read what is written there.
