Skulls in place of wanted stars

I saw (here or on another site) pigs in the place of wanted stars, and decided to do it with skulls, I liked it!

Installation: Replace fonts.wtd in the GTA IVpctextures folder before replacing, copy the original!

For Russian version, test on patch 1.0.7.

Видел (тут или на другом сайте) хрюшек в место звезд разыскиваемости, и решил сделать с черепами, мне понравилось!

Установка: Замените fonts.wtd в папке GTA IVpctextures перед заменой скопируйте оригинал!

Для Русской версии, тест на патче 1.0.7.
