Если в ходе перестрелки уцелеет один из охранников Димаева (сам он погибнет), то он (охранник) бросит оружие и поднимет руки. Вот тут можно и помиловать его; но на результаты миссии и тем более на дальнейший сюжет данное моральное решение никак не повлияет.
