All possibilities/actions available to the player in the mission Ivan The Not So Terrible.
The first story mission where Niko faces a moral choice (execute/pardon).
If the player (Niko) decides to spare Ivan, he (Ivan) can later be encountered as a random pedestrian in Alderney (access opens after the Three Leaf Clover mission).
If the player (Niko) decides to execute Ivan, he will not appear as a random pedestrian in Alderney (after completing Three Leaf Clover). Nevertheless, Vlad will reward the protagonist ($200) in any case.

Первая сюжетная миссия, где Нико встаёт перед моральным выбором (казнить/помиловать).
Если игрок (Нико) примет решение оставить Ивана в живых, то впоследствии его (Ивана) можно будет встретить как случайного прохожего в Олдерни (доступ туда открывается после миссии Three Leaf Clover).
Если же игрок (Нико) примет решение казнить Ивана, то последнего не получится встретить как случайного прохожего в Олдерни (после выполнения миссии Three Leaf Clover). Тем не менее, Влад выдаст вознаграждение ($200) протагонисту в любом случае.
