IV Needle is a program that helps make changes to GTA IV files. It is a compilation of all previously released editors. Each of the editors in IV Needle retains its functions, but they will not be released separately anymore. For me, it's much easier to update one program as a whole than many disparate ones.
This program contains the following editors:
- Mod Assistant {v1.7}
Helps install mods, handling all the dirty work, such as making corrections to filelist.pak, changing files.txt, and even changing file statuses. It can also detect any corrupted files.
- Handling Editor {v1.8}
The Handling Editor allows full control over all parameters of all vehicles in GTA 4. It supports changing a parameter across all models at once.
- Weapon Editor {v1.5}
Weapon editor.
- iDE Editor {v0.4 BETA}
Allows changing paths for peds and vehicles.
- Vehicle Group Editor {v1.2}
The Vehicle Group Editor allows modifying groups that include specific vehicle brands designated for each area.
- Vehicle Colors Editor {v1.3}
Car painting editor.
- Ped Personality Editor {v1.1}
City resident editor.
- Ped Group Editor {v1.2}
Editor for groups that include peds by area.
- Popcycle Editor {v1.1}
Allows changing the number of residents, cars, cops, gang members, etc., in a certain area.
- Explosion FX Editor {v1.1}
Editor for explosion types: power, force, color, and more.
- Relationship Editor {v1.0}
Editor for relationships between residents. Allows changing the relationships of one group of peds to another. From love to hate.
- Timecyc Editor {v0.1 BETA}
Weather editor.
- Scenarios Editor {v1.0}
Editor for scenarios involving peds.
IV Needle программа, помогающая производить изменения в файлах GTA IV. Это компиляция всех ранее выпущенных редакторов. Каждый из редакторов в IV Needle сохраняет свои функции, но отдельно они уже не будут выпускаться. Для меня намного легче обновлять одну программу целиком, чем множество разрозненных.
Эта программа содержит в себе следующие редакторы:
- Mod Assistant {v1.7}
Помогает устанавливать моды, справляясь со всей грязной работой, вроде внесений исправлений в filelist.pak, изменения files.txt и даже смены статусов файлов. Так же может обнаруживать любые испорченные файлы.
- Handling Editor {v1.8}
Handling Editor позволяет получить полный контроль над всеми параметрами всех транспортных средств в GTA 4. Поддерживает изменение какого-то параметра сразу во всех моделях.
- Weapon Editor {v1.5}
Редактор оружия.
- iDE Editor {v0.4 BETA}
Позволяет менять пути педов и транспорта.
- Vehicle Group Editor {v1.2}
Vehicle Group Editor позволяет модифицировать группы, в которые входят определенные марки транспортных средств, определенные для каждого района.
- Vehicle Colors Editor {v1.3}
Редактор покраски автомобилей.
- Ped Personality Editor {v1.1}
Редактор жителей города.
- Ped Group Editor {v1.2}
Редактор групп, в которые входят педы, по районам.
- Popcycle Editor {v1.1}
Позволяет менять количество жителей, машин, копов, членов банды и т.д., находящихся в каком-то районе.
- Explosion FX Editor {v1.1}
Редактор типов взрывов: мощность, сила, цвет и другое.
- Relationship Editor {v1.0}
Редактор отношений между жителями. Позволяет изменять взаимоотношения одной группы педов к другой. От любви, до ненависти.
- Timecyc Editor {v0.1 BETA}
Редактор погоды.
- Scenarios Editor {v1.0}
Редактор сценариев, в которых участвую педы.
