Brief changelog:
- Replaced almost all transport from traffic: patrol services, civilian traffic, taxis. In this mod, all cars are foreign cars and only 2 are Russian. There is no list because it is too big.
- Some new weapons.
- A couple of new jackets for Niko.
Installation:
In order for the game to start and everything was fine, you must complete each item from the list:
- We go into the archive, look for the "patch 1.0.4.0" folder, run the file inside this folder. This is a patch that will patch your version of the game to 1.0.4.0., and it finds the path to the game during installation. This patch supports the installation of new machines, without it the game will crash.
- In the same archive, we are looking for the "NO DVD" folder, we throw its contents into the game folder, if you ask about replacing files, then feel free to click "YES". This is a decoupling specifically for patch 1.0.4.0.
- Further in the same archive we look for the folders "asi loader", "FileCheckFix", "ScriptHook". "asi loader" — plugin connecting *.asi modules. "FileCheckFix" - disables file checking by the game, without it the game will not start if you change any game file.
- There is a folder "!MOD" in the archive. We go into it and see the folders: "data" and "models". We throw the contents of the "data" folder into the game folder along the path "Grand Theft Auto IVcommondata", and the contents of the "models" folder along the path "Grand Theft Auto IVpcmodelscdimages". When asked to replace already existing files with the same name, answer "YES".
- You can complete this item if you wish. The archive has a folder "@Little mods ASI plugins", it contains several small modifications. "salon wiev" - throw "Grand Theft Auto IVcommondata" along the path, thereby replacing the old file. This modification replaces the view from the hood to the view from the steering wheel. Not all machines work correctly. "Native Trainer" - train, we throw in the game folder, the description is in the folder with the trainer. "RagDoll" - the mod launches a ragdoll. Use the buttons: Z, X, Alt - these are different modes, like drunk or just turn on the ragdoll. We throw the contents of this folder into the folder with the game.

- Заменён почти весь транспорт из трафика: патрульные службы, гражданский трафик, такси. В данном моде все машины — иномарки и только 2 русских. Списка нет, потому что слишком большой.
- Немного нового оружия.
- Пару новых курточек для Нико.
Установка:
Чтобы игра запустилась, и всё было нормально, надо обязательно выполнить каждый пункт из списка:
- Заходим в архив, ищем папку "patch 1.0.4.0", запускаем файлик внутри этой папки. Это патч который пропатчит вашу версию игры до 1.0.4.0., а путь к игре при установке он находит сам. Этот патч поддерживает установку новых машин, без него игра будет вылетать.
- В этом же архиве ищем папку "NO DVD", её содержимое кидаем в папку с игрой, если спросит про замену файлов, то смело жмите "ДА". Это отвязка специально для патча 1.0.4.0.
- Далее в этом же архиве ищем папки "asi loader", "FileCheckFix", "ScriptHook". Содержимое этих папок кидаем в папку с игрой. "asi loader" — плагин подключающий *.asi модули. "FileCheckFix" — отключает проверку файлов игрой, без него игра не запустится если вы измените какой-нибудь файл игры.
- В архиве есть папка "!MOD". Заходим в неё и видим папки: "data" и "models". Содержимое папки "data" кидаем в папку с игрой по пути "Grand Theft Auto IVcommondata", а содержимое папки "models" по пути "Grand Theft Auto IVpcmodelscdimages". При вопросе заменить уже существующие файлы с таким же именем отвечаем "ДА".
- Этот пункт можете выполнить по желанию. В архиве есть папка "@Little mods ASI plagins", в ней лежат несколько маленьких модификаций. "salon wiev" — кидаем по пути "Grand Theft Auto IVcommondata" заменяя тем самым старый файл. Эта модификация заменяет вид с капота на вид от руля. Не на всех машинах работает правильно. "Native Trainer" — трейнет, кидаем в папку с игрой, описание в папке с трейнером. "RagDoll" — мод запускает рагдол. Используйте кнопки: Z, X, Alt — это разные режимы, типа пьяный или просто включает рагдол. Содержимое этой папки кидаем в папку с игрой.
- Запускаем игру и наслаждаемся.
Кстати, это всё работает и на вышедшем дополнении "Episodes From Liberty City". Надо выполнить всё те же замены файлов. Только в этом случае надо ставить патч который недавно вышел для эпизодов. При этом не надо устанавливать плагин "FileCheckFix".
