Choice of endings: deal (If The Price Is Right) / revenge (A Dish Served Cold) (I chose the second one - you can’t turn a blind eye to what Dmitry Raskalov did in the story with Niko and Roman; it would be better if the latter survived).
And the reward for the mission Out Of Commission ($250,000) will not hurt...
Slot 1 is saving before choosing both endings (for those who want to make a deal with Dmitry; but I warn you - the mission If The Price Is Right will be terribly difficult, with an equally difficult ending - the mission A Revenger's Tragedy; if you want to take revenge on Dmitry right away - complete the mission A Dish Served Cold). Not only the final game depends on the mission you completed, but also the fate of Roman Bellick / Kate McReary.
In slot 2 - passed ending (Out Of Commission).
It remains to pass: if you want to deprive Niko of the savehouse, but want to get $25,000 - kill Dwayne Forge). The decision is yours!
Moral decisions #1 (execute/leave alive):
Ivan The Not So Terrible (left alive - additional task from Ivan completed).
Ruff Rider (left alive - an additional task from Sherise will be available after completing The Holland Play mission).
Holland Nights (left alive - additional task from Clarence completed).
That Special Someone (left alive - why kill Darko when he does not pose any threat to Niko or Roman; moreover, any of the moral decisions regarding this homeless drug addict will not have any effect on the final game).
Moral decisions #2 (kill one of the two characters):
The Holland Play (kill Playboy X/Dwayne Forge - Failed).
Blood Brothers (kill Derrick/Francis McReary - killed Francis; for blackmailing me).
Progress in relations with friends / girlfriends - 100%

When passing the game, no cheat codes were used!
How to install saves:
In the version with Windows XP, the saves are located on drive C in the “Documents and Settings” section, then @USERNAME@ is the username, go to “Local Settings” and to the “Application Data” directory. Next is the folder with the game "Rockstar Games\GTA". There we throw the contents of the downloaded folder.
On Windows Vista/7/8/10, GTA 4 game saves are located in the GTA IV folders (C:\Documents and Settings\Your Account\Local Settings\Application Data\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\). There we throw the contents of the downloaded folder.
It is advisable to enable the display of hidden folders.
How to do it?
"Start" - "Control Panel". In the window that opens, in the top menu, click the "Tools" item, in the drop-down menu, click on "Folder Options". A properties window will open, in which you need to select the "View" tab. In this tab, in the advanced options window, select the item "Hidden files and folders" and check the box next to "Show hidden files and folders." Save the changes - click "Apply" and "OK".
For Windows Vista/7/8/10 - Click the Start button and select Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization. Select Folder Options, and then click the View tab. Under Advanced Options, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives, and then click OK.

Был арестован два раза, в больницу попадал десять раз (и аресты, и визиты в больницу происходили по нелепой случайности).
Пройдено практически всё!
Выбор концовок: сделка (If The Price Is Right) / месть (A Dish Served Cold) (выбрал второе - нельзя закрывать глаза на то, что Дмитрий Раскалов сделал по сюжету с Нико и Романом; будет лучше, если последний останется в живых).
Да и вознаграждение за миссию Out Of Commission ($250 000) - не помешает...
В слоте 1 лежит сохранение перед выбором обеих концовок (для тех, кто хочет пойти на сделку с Дмитрием; но предупреждаю - миссия If The Price Is Right будет ужасно сложной, с не менее тяжёлой концовкой - миссия A Revenger's Tragedy; если хотите сразу отомстить Дмитрию - проходите миссию A Dish Served Cold). От пройденной Вами миссии зависит не только финал игры, но и судьба Романа Беллика/Кейт МакРири.
В слоте 2 - пройденная концовка (Out Of Commission).
Осталось пройти: миссия The Holland Play, де-факто не влияющая на основную сюжетную линию (желаете получить ещё один сэйвхаус - убейте Плэйбоя X; желаете лишить Нико сэйвхауса, но хотите получить $25 000 - убейте Дуэйна Форджа). Решение за Вами!
Моральные решения № 1 (казнить/оставить в живых):
Ivan The Not So Terrible (оставил в живых - дополнительное задание от Ивана выполнено).
Ruff Rider (оставил в живых - дополнительное задание от Шериз будет доступно после выполнения миссии The Holland Play).
Holland Nights (оставил в живых - дополнительное задание от Кларенса выполнено).
That Special Someone (оставил в живых - зачем убивать Дарко, когда он не представляет какой-либо угрозы для Нико или же Романа; более того, любое из моральных решений в отношении этого бомжа-наркомана не окажет какого-либо влияния на финал игры).
Моральные решения № 2 (убить одного из двух персонажей):
The Holland Play (убить Плэйбоя X/Дуэйна Форджа - не пройдено).
Blood Brothers (убить Деррика/Фрэнсиса МакРири - убил Фрэнсиса; за то, что он шантажировал меня).
Прогресс в отношениях с друзьями/подругами - 100%
Разблокировано:
Роман - бесплатное такси.
Малыш Джейкоб - 30%-ая скидка на б.ч. оружия (жаль, что в багажник его машины не помещаются бейсбольная бита, пистолет Desert Eagle, помповое ружьё, снайперская винтовка и гранатомёт).
Брюси Киббуц - бесплатный вертолёт.
Патрик МакРири - бомба с дистанционной системой детонации.
Кармен Ортис - восстановление здоровья.
Кики Дженкинс - снятие до трёх звёзд розыска включительно.
Александра Чилтон - скидка до 50% во всех магазинах одежды.
Дополнительно:
Завершил все такси-рейсы для Романа.
Выполнил все дополнительные задания Джеффа.
Пролетел под всеми мостами в Либерти-Сити.
При прохождении игры не использовались чит-коды!
Как устанавливать сохранения:
В варианте с Windows XP сохранения находятся на диске C в разделе «Documents and Settings» далее @USERNAME@ - имя пользователя, заходим в «Local Settings» и в каталог «Application Data». Далее следует папка с игрой «Rockstar Games\\GTA». Туда и кидаем содержимое скачанной папки.

Желательно включить отображение скрытых папок.
Как это сделать?
В Windows XP - Нужно зайти в «Панель управления», делается это через стандартное меню «Пуск»: «Пуск» - «Панель управления». В открывшемся окне в верхнем меню нажимаем пункт «Сервис», в выпадающем меню кликаем на «Свойства папки». Откроется окно свойств, в котором необходимо выбрать вкладку «Вид». В этой вкладке в окне дополнительных параметров выбираем пункт «Скрытые файлы и папки» и ставим галочку напротив «Показывать скрытые файлы и папки». Сохраняем изменения - нажимаем «Применить» и «ОK».
В Windows Vista/7/8/10 - Нажмите кнопку «Пуск» и выберите пункты Панель управления > Оформление и персонализация. Выберите Параметры папок, а затем откройте вкладку Вид. В разделе Дополнительные параметры выберите Показывать скрытые файлы, папки и диски, а затем нажмите кнопку ОК.
Внимание!
Не забывайте делать резервные копии своих (оригинальных) сохранений!
