JNR-Jazz Nation Radio 108.5:

A radio station plays at the TW@ internet cafe in Algonquin.
The music from the radio station can be heard in Drusilla's restaurant in mission cutscenes given by Ray Boccino.
This radio also plays in the lobby of the Majestic Hotel, the Pegorino Mansion and the Perseus Store.

K109-The Studio:
Bernie Crane's favorite radio station (along with IF99-International Funk).
The radio plays inside the apartment in Alderney (available after the Smackdown mission) and The 69th Street Diner.
The song "Walk The Night" by the Skatt Brothers had a pretty famous licensing process involved. Due to the death of lead singer Sean Delaney, RockStar Games had to hire a private detective to track down Delaney's surviving relatives and secure the rights to use the song, as according to the developers, it was extremely important for the game.

L.C.H.C.-Liberty City Hardcore Rock:
The song Day In The Life by Murphy's Law plays in the Patrick McReary trailer.
The station plays gun shops in Broker and Alderney.
It is also one of the two favorite radio stations of the Albanian mafia, the other being K109-The Studio.

Liberty Rock Radio 97.8:

The song "Cry" by Godley & Creme plays in the GTA IV PC trailer.
The song "New York Groove" by Hello plays over the end credits of GTA IV.
The radio station plays in The Broker's apartment (unavailable after Roman's Sorrow), some Burger Shot and Cluckin' Bell restaurants, Memory Lanes bowling alley, and Grotti car dealership.

Massive B Sound System 96.9:
When Niko asks the taxi driver to switch to Massive B, he says "96.6" instead of "96.9".
Favorite radio station of Little Jacob. During friendly meetings, he will say that he loves her.
The song Real McKoy by Mavado plays in the fourth trailer for the game.

Angel y Khriz - Ven Bailalo plays in the Manny Escuela trailer.
The station plays Spanish versions of commercials for Excelsior Extreme 9, The Horn Deodorant and Whiz Wireless.

The Beat 102.7:
The radio station plays in the Playboy X penthouse (the apartment can be accessed by the player if the player decides to kill Playboy X in The Holland Play mission).
The Beat 102.7 is referred to as "Beat 95" in the game files. Apparently, this is the early (original) name of the radio station.

Aphex Twin - B+W Stripes plays in the Niko Bellic trailer on the game's website.

Niko also likes this station. if you ask a taxi driver to switch to it, he will say that they play great music on it.
Dwayne Forge may also like this radio as it plays in his apartment (The Isley Brothers - Footsteps In The Dark can be heard in the Undressed To Kill cutscene).
The radio station plays at The Triangle strip club.
The song Cassie - Me & U was cut from the game; was also cut from PS3/Xbox-360 versions of GTA V from Non-Stop-Pop FM radio station. Returned in an updated version of the "five" on PS4, Xbox One and PC (to Non-Stop-Pop FM radio station).

Tuff Gong Radio:
The radio station is called "Babylon" in the game files. It is possible that this is an early (i.e. original) name of the radio station.
Little Jacob's favorite radio station, while Michelle doesn't like it.

The radio station can be heard in Jacob's apartment (during the Shadow mission cutscene).
At the beginning of the game, this station is Niko's least favorite. Later, during conversations with Baby Jacob, he will say that he likes the music that plays on it.
One of the missions in the game is named after the song "Concrete Jungle" (the first mission given by Baby Jacob).

Vladivostok FM:
The most popular radio station among Hove Beach residents. She plays in the Russian shop (Binco), Perestroika cabaret and Comrades bar. It is also the favorite radio station of some members of the Russian mafia, including Vlad Glebov, Dmitry Raskalov and Mikhail Faustin. Dmitry Raskalov notes that he likes this radio station, because. she reminds him of his homeland and his service in the navy. Niko Bellic, Michel and Oleg Minkov also like Vladivostok FM.
This is the very first radio station the player hears in GTA IV. In Roman's taxi, she plays with the track Gluk'oZa - Schweine.
In GTA IV resources there is a track list of the radio station "EuroDANCE FM", corresponding to Vladivostok FM from EFLC. EuroDANCE FM) in GTA IV as a separate radio station.
Seryoga - King ring plays in the third trailer and end credits of GTA IV.
Leningrad - No one is sorry for playing in the trailer about Vlad Glebov.
