The most popular radio station among Hove Beach residents. She plays in the Russian store (Binco), the Perestroika cabaret and the Comrades bar. It is also the favorite radio station of some members of the Russian mafia, including Vlad Glebov, Dmitry Raskalov and Mikhail Faustin. Dmitry Raskalov notes that he likes this radio station because... she reminds him of his homeland and his service in the navy. Niko Bellic, Michelle and Oleg Minkov also like Vladivostok FM.
This is the very first radio station that the player hears in GTA IV. In Roman's taxi she plays with the track Gluck'oZa - Schweine.
