JNR-Jazz Nation Radio 108.5 Beta Track
Judging by the american.gxt file, the JNR-Jazz Nation Radio 108.5 radio station was supposed to return to the addon for GTA IV (The Lost And Damned), but the developers put it under the knife (quite likely due to the fact that this radio did not fit into atmosphere of the game).
As you can see, the track Billie Holliday - Fine And Mellow was supposed to play on this radio station.
