There are 3 colors (Brown, Black x Supreme, Black x Supreme(PlayBoy))

Open the file "playerped.rpf" in the folder - Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\models\cdimages
with OPENIV and replace the files. Launch the game and enjoy.
