Added error code "WTV270" indicating a problem connecting to Windows Live Sign in Assistant/Games for Windows Live Servers.

Added compatibility check for Windows 8, 8.1 and 10.

Added controller image to controller management configuration settings.

Fixed an issue where the mission "Out of Commission" could not be completed if the frame rate exceeded 60 fps.
