This modification completely changes the weather in GTA IV, to the weather from GTA V.
Some features:
- GTA V visuals: close attention was paid to all hours and weather
- The effect of summer heat is felt
- If all the graphics settings are set to maximum, it will look like Current Gen
- Night shadows are disabled
- No more gloomy Bloom'a, now the game uses ENB Bloom Effect
- The style of clouds, as in GTA V
- Moving solar coronas, in the style of GTA V
- Volumetric light around buildings during the day
- And more
Changes in version 4.5:
- Improved clouds, now they are deeper and with clearer edges, also improved
- variety of clouds depending on the weather.
- Improved taillights of vehicles.
- Visualization of GTA V: special attention to all hours and weather.
- The feeling of summer heat is improved.
- Hatches, air conditioners and steam from the mouth are disabled.
- If the graphics settings are maximum, the game will look like Current Gen!

- Fluffy volumetric clouds are improved.
- Coronas el.light in V style.

Данная модификация полностью меняет погоду в GTA IV, на погоду из GTA V.
Некоторые особенности:
- Визуальность GTA V: было уделено пристальное внимание ко всем часам и к погоде
- Чувствуется эффект летней жары
- Если все графические настройки выставить на максимум, будет смотреться как Current Gen
- Выключены ночные тени
- Больше нет мрачного Bloom'а, теперь игра использует ENB Bloom Effect

Изменения в версии 4.5:
