This mod completely transfers the atmosphere from the XBOX version of GTA III to PC
Features of this mod:
• Complete replacement of textures with their high-quality analogues. The entire map, HUD, flash pictures, radar and much more have been replaced
• Map from the XBOX version, contains Light maps
• XBOX character models with support for skeletal animation (like in GTA VC)
• XBOX transport models
• Improved reflections on cars
• Reflections from the road
• Improved raindrops on the screen
• Mip-maps support
• Improved model collision
• Improved roof collision (you won't fall under textures)
• Effects from XBOX version
• Correction of props locations
• Menu from XBOX version
• Improved support with other mods
• High quality radio

I can add from myself that it is better to use LCS wheels on cars. They are better in quality than with XBOX

PS: installation requires the GTA III exe file version 1.0. That is, you will have to sacrifice the cracker
