A small modification that changes the file timecyc.dat, corresponding to for the weather in the game. My target was underline dark atmosphere Liberty City.
In this version, more attention was paid to sunny weather. From other weather conditions misplaced sun flares have been removed. Also, draw distance has been changed, but, based on the difference in weather conditions, in each of them own draw distance.
The modification is part of a larger project - GTA3: Lovely Brutal World. One of the screenshots shows how the modification looks like as part of this project.

Небольшая модификация, изменяющая файл timecyc.dat, отвечающий за погоду в игре. Моей целью было подчеркнуть мрачную атмосферу Liberty City.
В этой версии большее внимание было уделено солнечной погоде. Из остальных погодных условий были убраны неуместные солнечные блики. Также, была изменена дальность прорисовки, но, исходя из разности погодных условий, в каждом из них дальность прорисовки своя.
Модификация является частью более крупного проекта - GTA3: Lovely Brutal World. Один из скриншотов показывает, как модификация выглядит в составе этого проекта.
