A small modification that alters the timecyc.datfile, which is responsible for the weather in the game. My goal was to emphasize the grim atmosphere of Liberty City. Not all parameters have been changed yet, but the main ones have been accurately replaced.
This modification is part of a larger project - GTA3: Kostygov Edition.
One of the screenshots shows how the modification looks as part of another major project - GTA: LBW.
I recommend installing this modification over any that replace the original game effects. For example, over this one. Also, if your computer's power allows, I suggest installing ENB Series.

Небольшая модификация, изменяющая файл timecyc.dat, отвечающий за погоду в игре. Моей целью было подчеркнуть мрачную атмосферу Liberty City. Изменены пока еще не все параметры, но основные заменены точно.
Модификация является частью более крупного проекта - GTA3: Kostygov Edition.

Рекомендую ставить эту модификацию поверх какой-нибудь, заменяющей оригинальные игровые эффекты. Например, поверх этой. Также, если позволяет мощность компьютера, рекомендую поставить ENB Series.
