N-Weather Mod.
A small modification that changes the file timecyc.dat, corresponding to for the weather in the game. My target was underline dark atmosphere Liberty City. Not all parameters have been changed yet, but basicreplaced exactly. 
The modification is part of the larger project - GTA3: Kostygov Edition.
One of the screenshots shows how the modification looks like with another major project - GTA: LBW.
I recommend putting this modification on top of some, replacing the original game effects.For example, over this. Also, if the power of the computer allows, I recommend putting ENB Series.
Well, everything seems to be.
