Теперь в GTA 3 появилась тюрьма Алькатрас, в закутке которого ходят зеки в оранжевых робах. Они появляются днём и исчезают ночью (ночью ходят немножко педов). В зависимости от угла просмотра могут появляться не сразу, заместо них могут быть обычные педы (они рандомны), если это случилось, то отойдите и придите снова, и они появятся.
