Installation
Place BILLY.cs, BILLY.txt, d_Billy.cs, and d_Billy.txt into the cleo folder of the game directory
Place billy.dff and BILLY.TXD into gta3.img models directory of the game
Place BILLY.TXD into txd.img models directory of the game
