Hi all! I found the GTA3 Enhanced Edition mod on the website of the wonderful modmaker DimZeta. I provide a link to the page of this mod. I recommend using this mod together with XBOX machines. Below is the original description:

This is an improved original game.
You will see gta3 in a more real guise.
This is 100 times better than a license.
This is more than a repack. Nothing was cut out. NO gag.

-Fixed code for armor
-Compressed and high-quality textures. +returned missing
-Fixed models of the lighthouse, lakes in the park, water in the pools in the villas.

-In the menu you can select languages:
A-English
B-Russian from Buki or 1C
V-Russian pirate without errors with the original font
G-Ukrainian
-Fixed radar (tunnels are better marked)

Texture cracker - unpack the cracker

Collision fix - rename gta3.dat and gta3fix.dat in places.
To work in LU, do the opposite.
