Hello everyone! I found the mod GTA 3 Enhanced Edition on the website of the amazing modder DimZeta and I want to share the link to this mod with you. I recommend using it with XBOX machines for a better experience. Below is the original description of the mod:

This is an improved version of the original game.

You will see GTA 3 in a more modern and realistic look. This is 100 times better than the official license. It's more than just a repack — nothing is cut, and there are no unnecessary changes.

Features:

Game version: 1.1
No disc required to launch.
Armor code fixed.
Compressed and high-quality textures + missing ones restored.
Models of the lighthouse, lake in the park, and water in the villa pools fixed.
Roofs added.
Player with detailed hands.
CLEO installed.
MP3 radio with original quality (256 kbps).
Languages can be selected in the menu:
- A — English
- B — Russian from Buki or 1C
- C — Russian pirate, error-free with the original font
- D — Ukrainian
Radar fixed (tunnels are now better marked).
Helicopter is now more in line with the original and the game's atmosphere.

Additionally:

Texture localization: unpack and apply the localizer.
Collision fix: swap gta3.dat and gta3fix.dat . To work in LU — switch them back.

Привет всем! Я нашёл мод GTA 3 Расширенное издание на сайте замечательного модмейкера DimZeta и хочу поделиться с вами ссылкой на этот мод. Рекомендую использовать его вместе с XBOX машинами для лучшего опыта. Ниже приведено оригинальное описание мода:

Это улучшенная версия оригинальной игры.

Вы увидите GTA 3 в более современном и реалистичном облике. Это в 100 раз лучше официальной лицензии. Это больше, чем просто репак — ничего не вырезано, и нет никаких лишних изменений.

Особенности:

Версия игры: 1.1
Не требует диск для запуска.
Исправлен код на броню.
Сжатые и качественные текстуры + возвращены недостающие.
Исправлены модели маяка, озера в парке, вода в бассейнах на виллах.
Добавлены крыши.
Игрок с детализированными руками.
Установлен CLEO.
Радио в формате MP3 с оригинальным качеством (256 кбит).
В меню можно выбрать языки:
- А — Английский
- Б — Русский от Буки или 1С
- В — Русский пиратский, без ошибок с оригинальным шрифтом
- Г — Украинский
Исправлен радар (тоннели теперь лучше обозначены).
Вертолет теперь более соответствующий оригиналу и атмосфере игры.

Дополнительно:

Русификатор текстур: распакуйте и примените русификатор.
Исправление коллизии: переименуйте gta3.dat и gta3fix.dat местами. Для работы в LU — верните обратно.
