The main goal of the mod is to complete the ghost town and give it life.

Features:

* Enforcer and Police Car are blue, like in the beta version of the game

* The pipeline and observatory are now available

* Ghost Town has been completed and tunnels to it have been opened, pedestrian paths have been specified, and new buildings have been added.
