Congratulations to everyone who is interested in my new skin of the lead singer of the legendary German band Scooter! Now H.P. Baxxter will replace the standard GTA 3 character, adding a unique atmosphere to the game. Although the skin will be silent, I already have an idea how to revive it with phrases from H.P. himself, and I will definitely work on this in the future. Visually, the skin turned out to be quite similar, with the exception of the hairstyle, which is a bit reminiscent of an anime character, but this even adds charm.
Installation instructions:
- Unzip the .bmp file into the skins folder, which is located in the root folder of the game.
- Select the new skin in the game settings and enjoy!

Поздравляю всех, кто заинтересовался моим новым скином солиста легендарной немецкой группы Scooter! Теперь H.P. Baxxter заменит стандартного персонажа GTA 3, добавив игре уникальную атмосферу. Хотя скин будет молчаливым, у меня уже есть идея, как оживить его фразами самого H.P., и я обязательно поработаю над этим в будущем. Визуально скин получился довольно похожим, за исключением стиля прически, который немного напоминает персонажа из аниме, но это даже добавляет шарма.
Инструкция по установке:
- Распакуйте файл с расширением .bmp в папку skins, которая находится в корневой папке игры.
- Выберите новый скин в настройках игры и наслаждайтесь!
