While playing GTA 3, you probably noticed that the light effect from car headlights is incorrectly applied. This mod narrows the radius of light from the headlights, making the effect more like the one in GTA SA, and also fixes a bug with two lines on the sides.
Installation is done via modloader, replacing the particle file, or replacing the headlight texture via Magic TXD.

Исправление света фар
Играя в GTA 3, вы вероятно замечали, что эффект света от фар автомобилей наложен некорректно. Данный мод сужает радиус света от фар, делая эффект более похожим на тот, что был в GTA SA, а также исправляет баг с двумя линиями по бокам.
Установка выполняется через modloader, замену файла particle или же замену текстуры headlight через Magic TXD.
