Build of Grand Theft Auto III: Frosted Winter by HAMSTER978.
Basis: official version from GTAForums with all patches.
Build Features:
- Added ASI plugin "PortableGTA", which stores saves in the game folder, and not in "Documents" (The Hero)
- Updated ASI plugin "limit_adjuster_gta3vcsa" to version 1.5.8 (ThirteenAG)
- Added ASI plugin "SilentPatch", which corrects errors of the original game (Silent)
- Added dll file "dinput8.dll", which fixes mouse freezing in the game (viggoman)
- Fixed freezing when touching a burning barrel in an alley, near Claude's hideout and the tunnel with homeless people (DimZet (taken from the Snow City mod))
- Added a map to the game menu, with the ability to set markers, like in SA (_AG)
- Added a plugin for running in windowed mode without a border (ThirteenAG)
- Added HD versions of backgrounds to the menu and hud (HAMSTER978)
- The translation into Russian has been improved (basis of the Greecko translation, modification by HAMSTER978)
- The original weapon characteristics have been returned (Rockstar Games)
CLEO scripts:
- d_chuvst.cs - reduces aiming sensitivity when holding down the sight button (DimZet)
- d_FrameLimit60.cs - increases FPS from 30 to 60 frames (DimZet)
- d_GoodGangs.cs - bandits will not attack if you are in the gang's zone of influence (DimZet)
- d_LODpedsNcars.cs - improves the drawing of objects and cars (DimZet)
- d_moneyHUD.cs - removes extra zeros from the money hood (DimZet)
- d_NoSplash.cs - disables loading screens when traveling between cities (DimZet)
- d_PS2pickup.cs - adds lighting under pickups, like on PS2 (DimZet)
- d_weap_fix.cs - allows you to aim a flamethrower along the vertical axis (DimZet)
Attention! Critical bug. There is an unpleasant bug in the mod. because of which the final mission may not appear! Remember! After the mission “Home Sweet Home”, first of all you need to complete all the tasks from the Diablos gang (the icon on the map is in the form of a heart with a yellow star under it). That's all.

Основа: официальная версия с GTAForums со всеми патчами.
Особенности сборки:
- Добавлен ASI-плагин "PortableGTA", который хранит сохранения в папке с игрой, а не в "Документах" (The Hero)
- Обновлен ASI-плагин "limit_adjuster_gta3vcsa" до версии 1.5.8 (ThirteenAG)

- Добавлен dll-файл "dinput8.dll", который исправляет зависание мыши в игре (viggoman)

- Возвращено оригинальное управление транспортом (Rockstar Games)
- Возвращены оригинальные характеристики оружия (Rockstar Games)
CLEO-скрипты:
- d_chuvst.cs — понижает чувствительность прицеливания при зажатии кнопки прицела (DimZet)
- d_FrameLimit60.cs — повышает FPS с 30 до 60 кадров (DimZet)

Внимание! Критический баг. В моде есть неприятный баг. из-за которого финальная миссия может не появиться! Запомните! После миссии "Home Sweet Home / Дом, Милый Дом" прежде всего нужно пройти все задания от банды Diablos (иконка на карте в виде сердца с желтой звездочкой под ним). Вот и всё. Остальные сюжетные задания на протяжении всей игры проходите, как хотите.
