LCPD Rebalanced V1 is a mod focused on making GTA 3's police feel more difficult and fun to fight.
Changes:
- Star 1: no changes;
- Star 2: cop car Passenger carries a shotgun;
- Star 3: driver carries a uzi, passenger 1 carries aa shotgun and passenger 2 has a AK-47 (all cops have 50% armour);
- Star 4: cop cars roam filled with swat members, LCPD cheetahs have a chance to engage against you (Star 4 only/rare), Wanted Stars are Orange (all swat have 75% armour);
- Star 5: Red Wanted Stars, FBI now use Black Sentinels and Patriots (all FBI members have 100% armour);
- Star 6: Army Green Wanted Stars, Green Patriots roam instead of Barracks OL (all military units have 150% armour).
