`98 Vulcar Horisont for GTA 3

This time I tried my hand at making cars for GTA 3. Something like a demake of my first job, but for the late 90's LS. Looks pretty good in my opinion.

Features of this modification:

- Own collision;

- My own handling/control settings (based on Sentinel);

- Replace Kuruma by default.

Absolutely does not affect the atmosphere of the game, so you can quietly and happily run around the areas on the new machine! Enjoy the game!
