HQ Radio is a GTA 3 mod that gives all the radio stations in the game high quality songs, from the Spotify and the Xbox version.
For Head Radio, Lips 106, Flashback 95.6, Game Radio, and Double Cleff FM, I manually recreated them using the Spotify songs with the Xbox version, and for the rest of the radio stations I used the Xbox version.
This mod also restores cut and removed content from the game (songs, commercials, lines, etc).
