Project Neons
This modification adds neon lights to skyscrapers and stores in Staunton. Additionally, the mod includes a new Timecyc.dat with a dark blue
night. This is only the first beta version of the mod, so not all areas and buildings have been updated, but I will periodically update
this modification.
Installation: Limit Adjuster is required. Optionally, you can install 2DFX Project.
Automatic: place everything in the game folder.
Manual: Place everything in the game folder except the gta3.dat file, open the manual.txt file and follow the instructions.

Эта модификация добавляет неоны на небоскрёбы и магазины стаунтона. Также, модификация включает новый Timecyc.dat с тёмно-синей
ночью. Это только первая бета версия мода, поэтому не все районы и здания получили изменения, но я буду периодически обновлять
