Zombies from Half-Life (1998).
Your attention - zombies from the first Half-Life, namely the model of this monster from a single game. The fact is that the zombie model in single player and multiplayer has noticeable differences. Of the two, I chose zombies from Half-Life's story mode. This skin was made on the basis of Claude's skin, I tried to make it on other characters - it turned out not very cool.
Installation:
Throw zombie hl1.bmp into the skins folder, which is located in the directory with your GTA 3.

Вашему вниманию - зомби из первой Half-Life, а именно модель данного монстра из одиночной игры. Дело в том, что модель зомби в одиночной игре и мультиплеере имеет заметные отличия. Из двух, я выбрал зомби из сюжетного режима Half-Life. Данный скин делался на основе скина Клода, пробовал сделать на других персонажах - получалось не очень круто.
Установка:
Закинуть zombie hl1.bmp в папку skins, которая находится в директории с вашей GTA 3.
