New textures for City Port and Several Nearby Buildings. Additionally, some textures in the generic.txd
file have been replaced. The textures are high resolution with mip-map levels.
The modification is part of a larger project - GTA3: Kostygov Edition.

Текстуры имеют высокое разрешение и мип-мап уровни.
